Great point, NCJohnnie. Heron would add excitement to the Brand, raising media coverage and fan focus—not to mention (I believe) 4-6 more wins and a deep run into the BET as well as the NCAAs.

Total guess on my part, but I bet Precious would benefit from Mitch’s tutelage. Okay, hold down the hoots. But, I wouldn’t be surprised.

Total guess, but I’d hazard Kofi.
Obviously, either one would be a huge coup for us.

RE: Precious

Will God's Gift play any factor in his recruitment? I think I remember hearing that he would not be a positive factor in his recruiting because he wasn't happy with the school for some reason. That seemed very strange considering he was once on the commercials for the school after graduating. Can anyone clarify this?

I would love Aiden, Precious and Rams. Rams seems like a bulldog guard that all good teams have. Paired with William's could be I nightmare to bring the ball up court for opposing teams
 
Let's just hope for the best guys; any one of these three kids would be unexpected! There is no reason to be negative going into this season - none.

I will continue to have my doubts until we can actually #close on somebody. The mere fact is that 12 - 12! - 2019 high school kids have signed to Big East teams so far, with us securing a grand total of 0. Xavier has a 4-man class already. Why are we unable to #close the deal with any of these kids when they've known us and this staff for 3 or 4 years already? Nobody likes to hurt our feelings until the very end - that's what happens when you can't get out of the #FriendZone. Seems to me they aren't going to sign here until they see if we can win this year, or they would have already signed - so I'd get comfortable, will be a while until anyone signs on the line that is dotted. And by the way, our ability to win rests quite a bit on Heron's status, and as I've stated, I have no doubt we found a way to screw that up.
 
I don't think it's as much a matter of waiting to see how we perform this year. Any of their people around them have to know we'll likely win many more games.

I think It's more a question if they want to be somewhere else, and see what chips are falling elsewhere. We're like a fall back or safety.

For someone who gets worked up over repetition, you sure do repeat that others repeat things...a lot. Does that count too or are you on a different standard? I respect you Paultz, but you seem to be a lot more snarky than I remember honestly. I agree with Windy and he makes total sense unfortunately. Paultz, please don't find a post where I agreed with someone and claim that I agree too repetitively! :huh:
 
Maybe if we can have the team hold Bishop down while on campus until he gives us a verbal, will help Coach close on our first 2019 high school recruit. :)
