HIllary lost this with her sheer arrogance, sense of entitlement as a woman, campaign demonizing, hollywood elitism, and attempt to use the Obamas to tell us everything was alright when Americans knew the truth.

Oh yea, then there is the corruption.

IN the end even her own husband isn't "with her", although his own slogan coul have been "I'm with her, and her, and her, and..."

Finally! Good riddance to the Clintons. They are a pox on America. Now, come January we can start undoing Obama's horrific legacy of ineptness, and prevent the far left from seizing control of the Supreme Court

Note to Bernie Sanders: People did care about the damned emails, including the ones where the dnc and clinton conspired against you.

I don't like the Clintons either. At the end of the day, you couldn't vote for corruption and I just couldn't vote for a deplorable racist, admitted sexual predator and obnoxious narcissist.

I like Brokaw but not tonight. I think Chuck Todd has done a really good job though
 
BTW when I voted today they didnt even check my ID or ask for it. Anyone else have that ?

I have a question, I hear posters talking about how bad Obama's Presidency was so my question is, How many people on here believe that their personal lives are worse off than they were eight years ago ? I am not talking about foreign policy, domestic policy, abortion, or things like that. I am asking if on a personal level you are better off than you were eight years ago????
I know that I am.
 
The worst news I heard this morning? Trump was elected president.
The best news I heard this morning? Hillary Clinton was not elected president.
I'll take the trade off..

Trump however did give a very nice acceptance speech; hopefully this is a sign of what's to come.
 
Long ago I was taught that class is measured by grace under pressure when you have too much or too little power. We now shall see.

Chuck Todd offered one thing that surprised me. HE said when he asked Hillary what her platform is, she teplied "That we are better together" He correctly said. that's not a plan, it's a slogan.
 
I am so relieved this election is over. Everyday for the past year, I have felt less optimistic about the country's chance of surviving another 25 years.

Last night I enjoyed switching channels from FOX to CNN to CBS. The uber-confident, all-knowing CNN anchors started the night, ready to pop the champagne. Poor Wolf and the gang. I hope the Republican party never participates in another debate on CNN. That's two consecutive elections (that we are aware of) where CNN actively tried to interfere with the elections. May bankruptcy be in their near term future.

Could someone please tell me how "the Russians did it" is a defense to the crimes revealed be Wikileaks.
 
Panther, ask many of the men and women of law enforcement how much better off they are over the last 8 years......glad you are enjoying life, many aren't and that's not to say life will be peaches and cream under trump. But like 8 years ago many people want change

Same thing happened to me. There has to be a small level of voter fraud esp for local elections without these volunteers checking if you are who you say you are.

Didn't ask for ID and were about to check me off under the wrong name until I corrected them. Has to be a better way.
