NIL’s

Our advantage is that No Bull endorsements and advertisements by STJ players will be completely above reproach. And the No Bull products are excellent, as an added bonus.

Plus MSG advertising, banking, brokerage and the like through Wall Street, and the myriad of other businesses in NYC.
We will have a huge advantage being in the NYC Market along with Mike R’s businesses. Add to that CRPs contacts, Matt As business acumen and our NYC professional sports teams. We will flourish. And pass an audit.

Yes!!! They fit and look great. I wear them at the gym and on the elliptical. Plus they almost look like a shoe, so they are perfect for wearing with khaki pants and sport casual clothes.

I’ll hopefully be wearing them at JSJs Jersey Shore event in August. I’ll be rocking the Johnnies country club look.
I have 2 pair of the Ripstops. Triple Black and the Light gray. I highly recommend them.

So players already getting NIL money will get extra compensation? What about money for the non-profit sports...plus will there be equitable distribution to women's teams due to title nine.

Each individual school will decide how the revenue for their schools will be split among their athletic programs. However in schools like Tennessee where their State Legislatures passed a law which does not limit revenue sharing and specifically calls out the Settlement and says it nor any other agreement that limits their school’s ability to limit payments in anyway does not apply to any schools in their state, it is a different story.

As for Title IX, the Settlement does not address this in anyway and we will have to see how this plays out. Expect more lawsuits over this.

While I understand the importance of NoBull you have to be careful. Nike is leaving and can't help but wonder if its because of NoBull being around the program. What will adidas be OK with?

It can work. NoBull doesn’t have basketball sneakers or uniforms and warmups yet. Adidas is appealing to a worldwide audience.
NoBull is appealing to a different market now.
That will probably change in the next couple of years.
Mike R is a genius in understanding marketing, markets and branding.
NoBull will be bigger than Adidas in a couple of years. But not yet, that’s why it will work.

Do you know how many brands have tried to compete with Nike and Adidas? Under Armour hasn't even clipped the heels of adidas and Kevin Plank has been at it a lot longer than Repole and NoBull.

I'm the biggest fan of Repole but this is an area I know A LOT about and NoBull isn't even in the same stratosphere right now.

NoBull revenues last year were $70M. Under Armour was $5.7B

At $70 million, it makes you wonder just how much of Repole's estimated $8 million NIL support gets forced through NoBull. If it is 100%, is $8 million a legitimate marketing expense, or is it a way to launder what should be non-tax deductible support for charitable purposes and make it a tax deductible business operating expense?

Then again, Repole is getting lots of visibility for Nobull. How much is due to Pitino and St Johns? Can Pitino be a shareholder? Kobe's estate got a 100x ROI on Bryant's $4 million investment in Body Armor

Apparel, much like the flavored water Repole sold, has incredibly low cost, high profit, so it wouldn't be surprising if marketing and advertising costs are far above production costs.

Repole is the majority shareholder of NoBull, and after Tom Brady's TB12 and Brady Brand merged with NoBull, Brady is its 2nd largest shareholder.

NoBull was co founded by 2 former Reebok execs, grabbed a toehold in Cross Fit, and saw sales grow 80% in 2020, the year before Repole acquired the majority of shares.

With Forbe's magazine estimating Repole's net worth at $1.6 billion, and with successful exit transactions at Vitamin Water (Glaceux), Pirate's Booty, and Body Armor, it would be foolish to bet against NoBull.

$70 million may be chump change compared to $5.7 billion for Under Armor, Nike's $51 billion, Reebok $29 billion. There is no official published number for NoBull's revenue but is estimated to be between $50-100m.

Would guess that Repole's play, given his history, is to grow enough market share to be acquired by a major brand competitor. Brilliant.

I think Repole would be smart to hire Moose. 😀
