I don't think we would have been outbid by much, if at all.Wonder what we offered Lee if he got 2.2 from them.
Imagine making 2.2 as a college student in GAINESVille...lol.... livin LARGE lolWonder what we offered Lee if he got 2.2 from them.
I was thinking that as well so it must have come down to he wanted to play there vs here like you mentioned.I don't think we would have been outbid by much, if at all.
He may have wanted to play for the national champion. Don't see them repeating though.
Imagine how Fland will live down there when he gets 7 mil!
He's no Walter Clayton Jr and has big shoes to fill.I don't think we would have been outbid by much, if at all.

And one of those Bedrooms is a converted closet.Lee will build a compound a la Jeter in Tampa. Gainesville is god awful except for the girls.
For 2 mil in NY you can get a 3 bedroom in Park Slope...
And do that by respecting the moderatorsWe should be thankful that a handful of very generous individuals are supporting our university in this highly competitive environment of NIL.
You, me and many others have also been supportive of keeping this site a viable avenue for fan discussions.
We all want to keep the site informative and entertaining.
You obviously don't remember the genesis of "Red.com".And do that by respecting the moderators
who maintain this site in the spirit its creator wanted it kept and do so voluntarily without compensation. Enough F***ing said one would hope.
I dunno if that works out to a compliment for the moderators in general but thanks (?) anyway - and now back to NIL.You obviously don't remember the genesis of "Red.com".
The original "redmen.com" on the AOL platform was the wild west of college sports forums!
It transitioned to the current platform and had a "religion and politics" section.
It had moderators who would call you up to tell you to gofyourself and needed permanent "time outs".
We all appreciate the time mods put in, especially guys like LMF who are active participants in discussions.
Finally, don't conflate the praise I gave to donors, both for NIL and this site, with a "mod". That's disrespectful!
Keep "on topic" and mods would not have to moderate a discussion.
It's that effen simple!
