NCAA Tournament 2022

Not much doubt who has turned out to be better college player between Posh & Curbelo imho.

No contest, I cant stand watching hot dog Curbelo, He may do some good stuff now and then but his play has to drive his coach nuts.

R.J Davis was one of the other local point guards being compared to Posh & Curbelo and he has had a very good year with UNC. There was a fourth guard whose name I can't recall who I believe went to one of the Texas schools?

Editing my own post, it was Hassan Diara, Texas A&M who has also disappointed. We did very well to sign Posh out of that group.

Hopefully the loss keeps Drew Valentine under the radar so we can pounce if we miss the tourney again next year and Mike A gets canned.  Ugly performance by the ramblers though.
Under the radar to who? He won 25 games and made the tournament as a first-year guy. Everyone who'll be in the market for a coach now and next year knows who he is.

Jesus can have an Avery Johnson alert so I know not to turn up the volume

Seton Hall looks sluggish and TCU much quicker. SH trails by 11 with 5 minutes left in first half

More evidence of parity. The eleven and twelve seeds win 5 out of 8 vs the six and seven seeds.

Seton Hall closes better but trails TCU by 9 at the half

Seton Hall embarrassing 21 points at half on 28% shooting.  Maybe Willard won't need to know what a Terp is.

The Hall is getting carved up by TCU's interior passing. Very Villanova like.

Seton hall an embarrassment to Big East. Everyone on willards nuts on this board (Cooley too). They embarrass us in tourney every year. In old big East they would just be also-rans every year.

So it looks like Nova, Providence and Creighton will be left for Big East. Kansas also very likely to beat injury plagued Creighton.

TCU is just playing with them now. Leading 50-28 with 11 minutes remaining. Rhoden has fouled out, and the Hall has no answers.

Willard has improved IMO as a head coach, but I've always believed he's been overrated by some on this board (Providence included). I think it's due to how we've fared over the past several years or so.

If Maryland truly wants Willard then he better run to College Park while he has the opportunity.

Kansas may hit the daily double, with Creighton and Providence back to back. Nova may be the only hope for the conference, however their road is tough. Ohio State, Tennessee then Arizona if form holds.
