My one wish would have been that we were able to grab at least one more young player ie. has kid or underclass transfer earlier in the year to spread out scholarships a bit but we had no ships available.  Can’t do much about that now, but I still see this as an opportunity to get better, not to whine and give up.  There is unprecedented amount of talent out there right now.  Just gotta land some.  Stef was a great start but we need more.  The fat has more than been cut from the roster.  Now to put some meat back on our bones.

Yes, we have eight, but only 3 are returning.  The most exciting part of this year was the feeling we were building something.  Now, this is a reset.  Come next year, we are not looking to build upon momentum, instead we will be looking to build roles and chemistry from scratch, again.

Absolutely, no speculating on my part.  I will believe it when I see them on the official SJ Roster.  Until then they are maybe's based on what is occurring in our program right now.  These recruits agreed to come to SJ based on roster and bill of goods sold to them at the time they agreed to attend SJ.  That bill of goods has changed 100%.  What if we find a transfer that will fill the Pinzon role.  He might walk and could you blame him.  Nothing is the same at SJ when they signed on.

No disrespect to those that have decided to enter the portal but they weren’t close to our two best players. When you haven't won an NCAA Tournament game in 21 years, the longest streak in the Big East (yes, even Depaul), patience is bound to wear off at some point.  I can't blame the fan base for being negative, especially when mass transfers are not new for this program, unique season or not.

I've seen some things out of Anderson and staff that I haven't liked over the first two years, but I also can't say they did a bad job, either year (quite the contrary).  That being said, whatever the team looks like next year, all the players will be his recruits, so progress needs to be seen.
