Great Knick comeback last night against the Heat. Down 21 late third and as much as 19 in fourth quarter. Butler missed game winning 3 at buzzer. Bad memory of him hitting a game winner against us in Carnesecca in OT.

If they weren’t going to sign Quickly because of financial considerations it’s definitely a good deal. Been an RJ fan and supporter but it has become apparent he was not going to take that extra step in his improvement that this team needed.

With Quickley gone, someone has to give Brunson a break. It's between Deuce and Malachi Flynn, and Thibs knows Deuce.

OJ is a very good young player.
Knick fans will be very happy with him.
Raptor fans will be happy as the home town boy is now home.

Liked what I saw of OJ today. May be a dependable piece. Never felt that way with Barrett. Going to miss Quickley.

OG allows the team to spread the floor and gives Randle and especially Brunson space. RJ did not do that.

Also, having a 3 and D wing with length balances the first team. They need a backup PG, and another trade should follow. I liked Quickly, but he was not going to resign here. He wanted to start and that was not happening with Brunson obviously.
