Yeah, stay within the city limits. That way we might even get a Top 150 kid every two or three years.

I have a feeling he was seeking counsel with Coach Carnesecca when they were seen by the window in conversation at the HOF reception. The school probably had their feelers out to him for a while now, or at least since the dreadful BE conference start in January.

Just my uninformed, non-connected hunch.
 
No but let's not forget to make contact and have relationship with all HS in city Lavin and predecessors forgot that !

If this is official I'm busting. He knows the game, and is a STJ legend. I watched him as a kid there was nobody better , too bad the younger guys on the board never saw him play for STJ. It was an event every time they played. Go Mullin! Go Johnnies!
 
Okay I'm starting to get excited. Gotta go get a new Mullin throwback. Can't wait until the home opener. We may not have any players but just to hear the announcer call out the head coach of St John's ......
 
If the HS kids don't know Mullin, then they are not students of the game. That being said, I don't want kids that have no respect for bball history.
