Is that a standard drill, to shoot a deep shot one- handed? (Release the left hand on purpose early, as a part of a drill?)

true.. as a casual fan, who roots for these guys like crazy, but I don't know what i'm talking about basetkball-wise, i stress too much about this. I want to them make a lot of money playing, if that is the dream they are pursuing. I want everything to go perfectly for them, including their training.

It looks like Posh is training with the Elwell Acadamy (run by a former Wagner College player) on Staten Island. Based upon the most recent post on their FB page, they are working on off the ball movement and shooting with him.

nuts.. this article says he got covid again - "Champagnie had three workouts scheduled before this week, but a bout with COVID-19 forced him to postpone them. Unfortunately this us going to happen a lot. I just got over having covid again and same with my wife. I had it brutal for 8 days Nathalie luckily didn’t get it bad at all just one day sneezing bad but no temperature. This is why I don’t want to redshirt Keita. Even if he’s a project we need a full roster just in case

Thx yeah I’m fine now. Just really bad fatigue late in days and lingering headaches but all the other symptoms gone. Actually going out today after work to meet a fellow Redmen guy from here in garden city so it will be good to be off my couch
