Debut of alternate uniform tomorrow

Can they get any more generic and why wait until end of season?

Going to guess that SJU doesnt exactly carry that much weight with Nike in terms of customization.  College jerseys also have seemingly taken a step back in years while Nike especially focusing energy on NBA and NBA City Edition.

Also to your 2nd question going to assume global supply chain issues impacted the timing.

Probably right on both Moose but Cragg made decision to move from UA to Nike likely partially based on his previous relations with them and hopefully for better deal.  Even if uni's were on the really slow boat from China would expect this to be planned during early summer.  I wouldn't discount that we just didn't plan for it early enough until we realized we were only team in conference without an alternate uni look

The money saved from designing a new third jersey could go to the chair backs.

There is still hope.

For Monte;

Too soon to say Storr killing it in practice, Kolby King is real deal, Soriano has lost weight, much quicker and Shaq like, Pinzon had great summer in Puerto Rico and reminding folks of Manu G, new transfer from Guam State fits Mike’s system perfectly, O’Mar Stanley getting hypnotized has made him like a Nova player at the foul line and Wheeler looks like first round pick.

I’m literally laughing out loud!!

Soriano is starting. So are Smith and Coburn, who were honored for Senior Night.
Also, ex-SJU coach Fran Fraschilla in the building, doing the game for National radio.

One would think that after about 70 years or so, the school would know how to spell the name of their legendary coach, and the person who the arena happens to be named after.

Never too soon.

All of this reads like what a jets fan says every August 15

Too funny!

Last summer was Wusu, but this year my guess is Pinzon will be preseason all-conference by July 15th.
