My gut said something also but tonight I realized it wanted chicken fingers.
Last week I would say there was no better source that Jakarr was coming and I'm saying right now I believe SJU79 even more anyone else. SJU79 is money. As far as I remember he has been wrong only once and that was kyle.
f all those recruits. Our current kids let it all hang out today and they beat the f&ck out of notre dame. I couldn't be happier for these kids

Some of these kids play coaches like a Las Vegas hooker. For the ones that do not come let us hope they get screwed like one at their final destination.
BTW, tonight Karr saw his buddy Naadir Tharpe play a big ZERO minutes.
Of course Sampson. Is its when they play a top 5 conference foe...of course the game goes to overtime....of course they win it...of course Thomas Robinson who attended the same high school has to go off so Self and staff can say that they think Sampson has a higher ceiling. No luck for STJ. SMH
you know whats crazy / i don't even care if he goes to kansas. He'll get recruited over the year after. But if he goes to providence he will never see a winning B.E season in his lifetime.
I'm not saying we are the best option and if he chose kansas so be it ( since Norm recruits for florida and kansas and anything but saint johns and I dare anyone to say he doesn't try and kill saint johns when he gets a chance ) but it is what it is
If Tharpe's minutes don't say it all to Jakaar there is nothing the staff can possibly do.
Highly recruited Tharpe plays zero minutes in a nationally televised game while Phil who was no where near as highly recruited and is a combo guard must be playing 35 minutes a game at the point since whats his name left for the greener pastures of Rider on a team that is but a few wins away from getting a post-season birth and right now is very hot. Good for Phil who is certainly getting more pt and exposure than he could have ever dreamed of. .
People keep saying pc won't have a winning BE record. They've got three really good recruits already signed, are in the mix for several more, apparently Cooley can recruit. Lavin's changed the culture here, there's no reason Cooley can't have a significant impact on pc.
In two years we're adding three weak schools to the conference just when pc could be gaining steam.

Scout just posted a new article on his weekend in Kansas and his recruitment. Can someone please post highlights?
He's legit 6'8"+. Same height as Moe. I too think he can be a pro with the way this staff develops kids and the PT he would have here.
As I said before. Imagine playing "small" with Harkless, Sampson and Garrett up front? Not many could stop those forwards. I'm not writing Jakarr off yet. Still hoping we can overcome Smith's shenanigans.

Providence is in the same place St John's was when Lavin was hired. Cooley brings the same energy and enthusiasm that Lavin did when hired. I think Providence is more of a player here for Sampson than most think.

The difference is Steve Lavin has been to many NCAA Tourney's and sent many players of many different positions to the NBA.
