The Large State Universities have unlimited budgets when it comes to the major Revenue generating Sports . Texas , obviously in that Category .  The Long Horns must think they are worthy of more than what the last 2 Coaches , Rick Barnes and Shaka Smart were able to accomplish .  We will see what magic Beard will bring., the others couldn’t .
