Head Coaching Changes

Joe Mihalich won’t return as Hofstra’s head coach next season, sources told ESPN. He missed this season with health issues. School is expected to conduct a search for a permanent replacement — with interim head coach Mike Farrelly a candidate, sources said.

i think we all saw that coming.  The guy recruiter boatloads of talent to Marquette but his teams, while competitive never took off.  His teams also never took on that persona that Wojo had on the court when he was at Duke.  His teams never played with that toughness which I’m surprised about.  I’m sure he will be scooped up by somebody soon enough. 
 
Van Macon is perfect at SjU.  Not all coaches want to step into the head coaching circle and I’m not sure what aspirations he has but I think he’s in a good spot.

I wonder if a kid like Dawson Garcia stays there now when he’s got the free transfer 
 
Thought Wojo would get another year.  I'm thinking they see or know of someone out there and they want them now.

I believe that Wojo was done once the Hauser brothers left, They kept him after that and things did not get better. Let's be real, you are in Wisconsin and you lose two very good Caucasian ballplayers, you better make a deep tun in the NCAA tourney or the fan base will chase you out of town.

Wojo bet on Marcus Howard and lost.

Why are you guys trying to get rid of our Assistant Coaches??? (sarcasm)

Hey I don't bregrudge them for looking for a head coach spot but I do like them where they are.
