It’s funny but everything is relative….. some people will say it’s not a must win as our tourney status won’t be affected. Others say it is a must win and explain … if we want to enter the tourney with a good seed we need to beat the teams we are supposed to beat. Even others say…. It’s a must win if we want to maintain a nice national ranking. All that has my head spinning.

I think we've built enough of a cushion where this is definitely not a must win.... We lose and then go on to take 3 out of 4 verse Marquette and Uconn and we are a 5 or 6 seed at worst. Might even be that high with a split and win verse Creigton.
I think that he talked his way into the game.
We're only listed as a 4.5 favorite for this one. A little scary.
I think that Coach figures that we're already in The Dance. He wants everyone healthy. He's going to take it game by game.

It would if there was any merit to the accusation of being negative. Hoping the team succeeds but having concerns given the status of Smith is not being negative…… it’s being concerned. I suggest you read the posts that led up to his inaccurate statement. Ironically, the negativity is more in line with the agenda that this particular poster has with me.

Must come in focused and ready from the jump! Nobody is going to roll over for us in this league. Have to continue to beat the teams we are supposed to beat and then just a split with MU, Uconn and Creighton gets the job done nicely
Georgetown is going to be taken down faster than "Divine Providence" on YouTube.
I wouldn't mind seeing a little more Glover and even some Lefty if Georgetown is zoning us. I'm not sure if we'll get that, but I wouldn't mind it if Pitino went that way. Either way I'm hopeful after the second half against Georgetown at home, we can have a good first half.
