Georgetown game

JSJ:

With Francesacon talking us up (finally), the Pope I am certain, will put an extra 3,000 Johnnie fannies in the seats.

I predict 12,500, a nice college BB crowd in NYC on a Sunday night in the midst of all this snow.

I’ll be there plus +2 in section 108 (bad eye and all), Thank you, AmC, you’re the BEST!!

Ann Marie Carey ROCKS.

4 seems like a good number considering we beat a better than GTown Creighton team last week at MSG and this is a "down year" for GTown based on their recent history.

I do not expect attendance to be great - maybe 8,000-8,500. NBA All-Star Game is tonight. Weather in NYC is still bad, many people away on vacation this week, plus the late Sunday start.

Great opportunity for this team to make another statement and continue moving up the ranks in the Big East and it is a game we cannot afford to lose if we want to lock up an NCAA bid.

The game last month goes out the window - this is a completely SJU team out here....Jordan will be the difference tonight and the team comes ready to play.

SJU 75 Georgetown 66.

I can't see the ASG having an impact on attendance. If anything, it will be the commute in these current conditions.

Can't wait!! Bringing my 8 and 3 year old... Both are die hards!! Start em young!! B in section 101

Here are two of the reasons we are going to win tonight: (1) Pointer is going to be at his best in defending, scoring and rebounding. With all his flaws Pointer is the kind of player who rises to the occasion and makes things happen. (2) Branch put his tooth under his pillow and made the right wish....

For those with short memories (like myself), our starting five from the first meeting back on Jan 4: Sanchez, Ndiaye (gulp), Harrison, Pointer, Balamou.

Leading scorer: Hooper (13).

Thirteen guys got floor time… Let that sink in.

Man, we have come a long way in a few weeks. LET’S GO REDMEN!!!

With Avon Barksdale in our corner all we need is Stringer Bell to come out for us and this game is a lock.

I can't think of a more important game between G-town and us in recent memory. This is exactly what Fox Sports 1 signed up for. I really hope that our fan base goes to the Garden and supports our boys, would absolutely love to be back home today. This could be a defining game for the juniors

Hey Indy, it's amazing that no matter how long you've been away, like a typical New Yorker, you still refer to here as home.

Same here, presently in Florida for the winter. Would certainly be at MSG if I could. Good thing is that most BE games are televised in the sunshine state.
