Creighton (MSG), Sun., Feb. 25, 12 Noon, CBS

pretty harsh comment, Taylor played well as others did, lets celebrate that!

Jenkins was awesome and this was a team win, both offense and defense were outstanding.
Your playing with me, right? In what universe other than amongst the shameful anti - Jenkins crowd here in this small corner of the interweb is a player that went 1 for 5 for 4 pts player of the game over a player that went 12 for 18 for 27 pts? It's disgraceful and embarrassing for them and should be acknowledged and frowned upon by all the reasonable fans.

Read Daniss Jenkins comment. No one is denigrating Jenkins who played great but if you can’t see how important it was for Taylor to get the minutes he got today,’you should find a new sport to watch.

The LIRR 950 AM train was jammed with Johnny fans. Tons of kids with moms and dads. We may finally have young fans. My stop, floral park had at least 75 people on the platform.

Same deal going home at 239 pm. Ronk train packed in every car.

Loud engaged crowd. Large % of fans came ready for whiteout. Place was on their feet in closing moments.

Oh yea. Excluded Wilcher who was very good
Beast, me and my crew of 30 were on the 2:39 heading to the Hicksville station where we joined up. You must have been on the same train! At the Jamaica stop I spotted the legendary Panther get off the train.

Yes, Sim was very good today and I was impressed with his shooting. Taylor finally impressed me with his rebounding and tireless defense. However, nobody could contain Tre who singlehandedly kept Creighton in the game with big shots.

However, Marillac2's favorite player, Jenkins, was the MVP with his excellent all-around game. Jordan Dingle was also on top of his game.....finally becoming a double threat in the backcourt. Heard him in post-game presser and he is well spoken.......for an Ivy League grad.😉

I hadn’t even checked what time it was when the game ended and was shocked when I got down to Penn and I made (barely) a 2:15 to Port Washington. I thought it just felt faster because we didn’t collapse. The second half against Seton Hall felt like ten hours.

Nice running into you. The LIRR is so great after a win. The atmosphere in the Garden was electric. I met a few people on the train and you can tell that St Johns has a great fan base, Could not help but smile at the families with children. Happy we won and gave the kids something to remember.

Now, we jus have to take it one game at a time.

Creighton is 18 and 2 when scoring at least 70 points (those 2 losses were 99-98 versus Butler and 91 to 87 at Providence). They are just 2 and 6 when they score under 70. BTW one of those two wins, when scoring under seventy, was against us (66 to 65) and the other was against Providence 69 to 60).
The win against us was tainted. Dingle was fouled the defender literally fell on him on the last shot. He makes the foul shots we win
