The right guy can win there with that fertile recruiting footprint. Call Will Wade and make him say no.

Correct which is why it ain't happening.

He didn't have to do that if he had real interest in the job at DePaul. The only connection is of course Chicago.

DePaul does have some money but outside of returning to Chicago what is the attraction? He is not in any danger at Oklahoma. Oklahoma is a far better job with far better resources and DePaul is a complete dumpster fire now...

DePaul is one of those places where coaching careers die. I think it would be a poor strategic move for Moser.

I also think that program will have a hard time landing a proven winner.

Wade will go there and stay for three years (maybe) and hopefully doesn’t leave your program hanging with NCAA violations (and if anyone can still find ways to break the rules with NIL, it’s Wade).

I think all three of those coaches are better than Will Wade.
