I'll be there Sunday, but this is the first time in the Lavin-era when I wonot blame those who sell. I could never understand those fans who would sell their tickets to the Syracuse game at msg, but now I get it.

Our house is going to be packed with oppowing fans, and we're going to get crushed. Those of us who go Sunday are masochists .
This is just not going to be enjoyable. Thank goodness there's booze at msg.

I sold too early. Lost out on a few hundred dollars.

Damn you guys must be really hard up for cash! Crushed, masochists, or whatever one thing is for sure, you are a bunch of hard up pussies who should be banned from this site. I feel bad for our players who obviously have a bunch of Judas fans willing to sell their tickets for some extra shekels.
I would be ashamed to post here that I sold my tickets and Billthetruth, you are a liar! You sold your tickets you putz. Yeah, we are New York's team We SUCK as fans and I am ashamed of some of you! I go to our games hoping we win even against the odds.

Sorry, Dr. Fun no longer leaves his house. To counter all the money some hard up fans will be making selling their Duke game tickets, I will be selling my original copies of Fun's band CDs in front of MSG on 7th ave. Alas dear Indy, Necessity is the mother of invention!

BTW, here is a list. They are priced at $100 each. First come first served.

I listed two extra seats I had in 100 area on stubhub for $450 each 5 minutes after Duke game ended tonight and got a buyer within 15 minutes. $900 and Im feeling depressed. By quick response I might have been able to get a lot more in a few days. Oh well.

If Marquette wins tomorrow night, I suspect even more SJU tickets will become available.

Metta World Girl and I will be there. We didn't sell (and I would NEVER criticize a capitalist student). Hoping to see my guy Salty Dog, Moose (before he lights the place up), MJ Dinkins, and a few I've never met but discussed our team with. I would sell my wife before I sold my tickets to the Duke game! A college kid unloading his tickets to buy extra beer and cigarettes is one thing but a fan of 40 years is just a loser in my book and trust me there are a few sociopathic losers on this "fan" site.

I didn't buy my season tickets with the goal of seeing how much I could get for them for a future big game. I really don't see how you can be a supporter of the team and the program and then turn around and sell your tickets to an opposing fan. Just MHO.

Monte, that would be most enticing. But no, I would never sell my tickets knowingly to an opponent's fans. I've never stopped rooting for this team, from the Louie glory years, to the Norm down years. So even if we were 0-17 right now and 30 point dogs, I'd still go to the game and root for our guys, even if I was the only St. John's fan in the garden.

Now, of course, if I were desperate for money, either to pay the mortgage or for a life saving medical procedure that I couldn't afford otherwise, then yes, I would look to sell my tickets for that amount of money.

In the five years that I've had two season tickets, I've already given them away to people on this forum. And once, I had one extra ticket and gave it to a forum member, who sat next to me during a game. And all I asked for in return was a beer and a hot dog. I'm a cheap date!
