With a visit to Oregon slated for 4/22- 4./24, we already know that such will not be the case
Several posters have speculated that Obekpa is heading to Cincy
I sure hope they are wrong - I would love to see him in red and white

 

When this article was written a week ago CO was supposed to be going to Oregone tomorrow and indicated he would make up his mind shortly after coming home. The delay in the trip has delayed his decision but it will likely come withing a few days of returning from Oregon if he sticks close to his original plan.

Hall is actually a two. To be honest, I believe if the staff receives a commitment from Bourgault, then they are gonna move on from Hall. Not to mention, Hall could end up in the 2013 class.

Nevertheless, I'd certainly like to have him.

There is an entire month for the spring signing period. Obekpa still has a visit (Oregon) or two; Sanchez and Bourgault are visiting next weekend; Hooper is supposedly visiting soon; and Chandler (we seem to be the leaders) has yet been cleared.

Why are you continuing to be an annoyance?

Lav is involved with more 18-21 year old men than Fordham96 was during his curious phase. He wasn't a chem
major at Fordham, but that didn't stop him from doing some experimenting.

I think you are generally correct. One of our sites, maybe Rumble, lists all of our prospects and our competition.

Next to Michael Chandler's name there is no competition listed. The NCAA is the wild card here.

Goodman almost was a Seton Hall recruit before and he probably wants to be a homeboy, NJ, now.

I think that when Obepka comes back from his free trip to Oregon, Steve does a full court press and Steve practically always wins those. Unless the playing field is not level.

Sanchez looks good but someone wrote that he's going with a Providence girl. Do we need a DOBO for the girls team ?

We are going to win some of the above question marks. A couple of new faces will also emerge and then we have the foreign scene.

Enough bases are being touched, and like a bookie, we have all bets covered !

Steve reminds me of Branch Rickey, "The Mahatma." He knows how to win at this game !

I'm not sure he'll be eligible or not. Hopefully, we'll hear something soon. He was being targeted by other schools a month or so ago. I'm not sure they backed off for other reasons or because they felt he'd end up at St. John's. Maybe, the schools haven't backed off at all. Who knows!?!
