Butler, Sat., Jan. 4 , 2p, FS-1

I’m not that far and literally I’ve seen nothing different in Butker players till about 10 minute mark players are up after rare bade baskets with players come out they have been going down the bench slapping hands. If they start not listening to him in the huddle then I’ll worry
Aren't you a season ticket holder?

For LMF and the rest of the anti Luis group. Here’s his stats today…….20 points, on 9-19 (47%) shooting, 11 rebounds, 2 for 2 from the line and 4 steals.

If any other player had these stats you would be celebrating. Clearly, without RJ, this team wouldn’t have won half its games.

Does he make some mistakes sure….. but numbers don’t lie!
Honestly he only made 1 glaring bad play taking the 3 opposite our bench when no one was down

I’m not agreeing with the gloom and doom crowd but this is a serious question: why is no one allowed to, and worse, ridiculed, for pointing out the obvious when the team is playing horrible?
Ive been away for a long time but there are some bad losers in here. Over the past 25 years, I figured everyone was used to it.

What a bush league move! This kid has some growing up to do. Besides embarrassing St. John's, he's giving the finger to the Butler team. Unbelievable.

It wasn’t the best move but Butler did not even try to run back on D for 9 seconds. He should have just dunked at the buzzer if they never came back on D.

You’ve been away a long time so let me remind you trolling is against the rules. Let’s take it to IM if you have any further questions.

Has it always been this bad? I ask because only in recent years have I had to start using the "Ignore" feature on certain members here. And I'm not one to want to use that.
I've only used the Ignore button for 1 poster. (Bet that poster feels honored).
But it still shows them posting just hides the content. Wish it just didn't show them at all but alas.

I think its always been a bit of a cesspool. But when we were bad there was a certain tone. Now that we arent bad its a much different vibe.

I'm fully in the "do not show up your opponent" camp, but that said I did not have an issue with the Wilcher dunk attempt. To me it was an obvious attempt to hype up the crowd and put an exclamation point on a win on Carnesecca day. Not a jab at the opponent. And this is from someone who typically wants the players to just run the clock out. But that's just my view.
