Play in implies the winner gets a bid and I don't think that's true at all.  But it definitely is a play out game.

One win may put us on the "right side," depending on what occurs in other conference tournaments.  But that's still iffy.  Two wins and we're in, IMO, and I'm sure most others will agree.

You sort of sensed this might occur as they were hanging around.  Let's see if Villanova show their mettle.  On their last couple of possessions, not so much as they've come up empty.  
 
Nova with two huge 3's. Up 5 with over a minute. Piped in crowd noise is annoying 
 
I would've gone zone there late if I was Jay Wright and up by 3.  Too late now.  G'town has yet to miss a FT today.  21-21! 

A big missed freebie there by 'Nova.  Only up by 1 with 15 seconds remaining.

That's why I would've gone zone....  Keep 'em outta the lane at all costs.  The Hoyas has been automatic from the free throw line today.

not great news.  Beating nova would be a higher ranked win.  In addition they're big and we will be without Moore.

So in all 4 games so far, teams with a better overall record are 0-4. Hope we break this trend.
