Around the Big East

Not defending Duke's G Allen cause he does appear to have a lot of punk in him but regarding the numerous tripping incidents it's almost like he is a kleptomaniac in that he can't help himself from tripping people. Boy needs some serious help.

Tripping people in a basketball game is really a pathetic action. There is definitely something wrong with him and I am not using that as an excuse for his behavior.

It's not his fault. He suffers from the same affliction as George Costanza did with his elbow. :)

am I the only one that thinks he looks like he could be K's son complete with mannerisms and how they talk? If K and Ted Cruz had a love child, he'd be the result.

Final: Seton Hall 72, Rutgers 61

Angel Delgado with 19 and 16 night.
Khadeen Carrington also w/ 20.

Rutgers clearly is getting better under Steve P.

Boston College defeats Providence, 79-67. Friars wrap up noncon play at 10-3.

Ouch! That's the equivalent of Penn State beating St. John's.
On a positive note, it gives us hope that we can beat Big East teams other than DePaul. ;)

Big win for Seton Hall in the battle for New Jersey bragging rights. Steve finally has some BIG type players but I expect them to be near the bottom of the BIG like.....forever.

I know we are in a glass house right now. But, it seems like the recruits that have come in for the past 5-7 years have at least provided hope, DePaul never seems to have hope, They have 5 seniors and 3 juniors and still are horrible,

I know there's not much doing in Omaha, but the fan Creighton fan base is impressive & such a positive.

The St. John's-Depaul game should kill in the ratings going up against the NFL on a Sunday afternoon.

Omaha: no NBA, no NFL, no MLB, no NHL.
That's a nice scenario if you're Creighton.

Not current BE but Rutgers down by about a dozen to Wisconsin. They might be the only high-major with a worse SOS than us. Despite going 10-2 OOC (their 11 win was versus a non D1) they won't win many B10 games.

Road games vs min and cuse. Mich st, VCU, and UAB on neutral court and a true road game vs tulAne. Trust me, there is a big list of major schools with a worse sos than us.

Watched a good part of the second half of Kent State over Texas tonight and our once heralded Adonis did not see the floor. What a waste of size and talent.
