Eric Paschall transfer from Fordham looks like a great addition as Nova is up 11 at half v Western Mich.

Nova wins by 11 in a competitive game up to last few minutes. All they lack is true post presence, but should not matter much with their versatility, shooting & defense. Omari Spellman would have been icing on cake in the middle if eligible. Lastly it appears Nova could have a short rotation IMO.

PS - The Nova "extra pass" template is a thing of beauty & well worth Johnnies adopting. I see some seeds there.

DePaul is still better than perennial loser Rutgers. At least DePaul has some history. I'm hoping they grab a new coach and step it up after that arena opens.

2 nice wins today. More importantly, the BE currently has 6 teams in the tournament (as per Bracketology), and Marquette is in the first four out. A win in the Gavitt games may put them in the field! ;)

If that holds true. Even though Marquette is in the first four out, they won't make the NIT because the probability is they will have a sub 500 conference record. It's ironic because the 6th BE team to make the NCAA tourney might also not have a 500 conference record and might not be eligible for The NIT.

Georgetown looks awful. They will not improve that much this season. Look very stiff with no guards.

Outside of Govan, the entire Georgetown team has scored 8 points in almost 18 minutes.
