Hall playing great right now. Defense causing major disruptions.

Question for the board - I don't recall Seton Hall being particularly good defensively at any point over the past 5 years. They have been very impressive of late. Folks believe that is due to Willard simply improving as a coach, or to the fact that they have upgraded the talent big time with a slew of strong, athletic, long guards/forwards (along with Gordon and two other bigs off the bench)

Whitehead is a goner in a few weeks
If Jerian Grant was a 1st rounder, Whitehead is a lock off his play this year. Real impressive skill set.

Why risk tearing a knee playing at a half empty prudential center next year. Strike while the iron is hot

Jarien Grant was 6'9 and a stud athlete.

Whitehead has set himself up to be THE face of the bigeast next year. Similar to Dunn last year, pub will be everywhere if he sticks around.

Now why would i compare a pg to a power forward. Jerian grant is a 6'4 guard for knicks. Jerami is the brother from syracuse.

Point is whitehead is a nba first round mcd aa talent.
 
And the fact that whitehead/mother/morton tried to broker and cut deals throughout recruiting process tells me that he will follow the money trail.

Willard was desperate and played the game. He was one of ricky p's assistant so you know he knows how to play the slime game

My mistake. Jarian did however graduate before going pro. I'm not saying whitehead couldn't make the league but I think a full year of big time publicity which he will undoubtedly get this next season will benefit him far more than rushing it.

FWIW, IW vs JG senior season
IW 18.2 pts 5 asts 3.5 to's and shooting .38 from two and .38 from 3.
JG 16.5 pts 7 ast 2.3 to's and shot 58%!!! from two and 32% from 3 (40 the year before)

Think whitehead has a lot more to prove still, especially in shooting department.
 
Seton Hall is on fire. I wonder what seed they will get if they win the Big East Tournament. A six seed would be deserving.

Wait a minute. I'm confused. What are you saying? Are you implying that if Seton Hall wins, they will be a 5 seed in the tournament? I just want to make sure I get what you're saying.

Heresy I know, but love this SH team's grit. As my ex buddy Moose says, Gordon has really made a difference re team toughness.
 
Arcidiacono & Grayson Allen separated at birth? Equally good, yet easy to hate. :)

I'm having a hard time disliking Arcidiacono this season. Wish we had someone with his headiness and understanding of the game distributing the ball for us.
