Yukon should be required to play the first night of the BET regardless of their record due to lack of games played.

The BE should seed each team based on wins and not record and thus you are rewarded for playing more games and managing COVID.

Since UConn's two pauses in 2021 are due to a game ref testing positive after having worked a UConn game and the other time due to Covid issues with the Xavier team.  How does UConn's "managing Covid" apply here?

For one, I am not specifically speaking of UCONN.  I think more weight should be given to those teams that played more games.  As far as managing COVID, UCONN could have been more proactive in rescheduling games as soon as possible.  Other teams have done this including SJ.  They could have played 3 games this week if they wanted to.  Its been done before.  This is a facet of managing COVID.

SOURCES: There will be fans at the Big East Tournament. No, tickets will not be put on sale. League is planning to give each school an allotment of tickets. Expectation is arena will be allowed to be at 10 percent capacity, as is case for Knicks and Rangers games.

Big East has yet to determine if tickets will only be given out to schools in the session its team is playing in.

Wonder how that's even going to work. Surely there will be less fans traveling from out of state to come to the tournament, so some schools may not use their tickets. Will they redistribute those?

Bouknight is by far the best player in the big east.  He can do it all.
I don't agree.  Very good offense, but I'm not impressed with his D.  Looks to be injury prone.

Nova horrible from three (3-17) but beating UCONN on the boards and both Gillespie and Robinson Earl playing well. Up 6 with six and half left

Nova did us a favor today. If we win tonight we jump ahead of UCONN in BE standings. UCONN has favorable schedule though playing Georgetown twice, Marquette at home and Hall on the road. Would be great if Patrick's guys could manage to take 1 of 2.

Yukon did what they could do.  Hopefully they banged up Villanova enough to tenderize them for Tuesday night's rematch.  Speaks volumes if we can beat them a second time.

If we take care of business tonight, what a game in Philly tuesday night.

A rematch for the ages.  Johnnies going to clip nova again.

Just when I think your statements are over the top, you exceed even that.

Why shouldn't we clip Nova again what with Earlington going off for 40. /media/kunena/emoticons/wink.png/media/kunena/emoticons/smile.png
