The asshole better be careful. The world is full of lunatics and nothing is stopping someone from running into him on a public street. Not condoning anyone clocking him but he puts his pants on the same way as every other human being. Nothing makes him holier than the rest.

They have in my opinion an almost perfectly constructed roster. Newton, Karaban, Castle and Spencer are tremendous shooters. Clingan is a beast and his backup Johnson would start for just about every BE team.

They enjoy playing defense.

I just want to see SJU matchup again Friday night with UCONN. They don't have the talent yet to match them but I think Rick will play the underdog angle and have them ready to give them a fight.

I could see Hurley as a top candidate of coaching burnout. His sideline antics, running on to midcourt are bad enough, but challenging fans reaches the level of high stupidity.

As much as he enjoys playing the the tough guy villain, someone could always be out there ready to play sheriff.

From a NET ranking perspective, it was literally worse than having Coastal Carolina in the Big East.

If there wasn't the new facilities, build up in NIL, and apparently large budget for hiring a new coach, this could be the beginning of a Temple Big East football 2.0 situation. But the difference is that Temple never invested in their program while DePaul finally is

No doubt, despite his ability & track record, his rising intensity level makes burnout quite possible. So many fans are assholes and do stupid, taunting things, but you have to tune them out. Channel your alpha personality to bitching at refs, media v loony fans. Probably easier said than done with Hurley though.

It seems likely his shelf life may be shorter than Izzos, Selfs of the world unless he loses the rabbit ears.
