IMHO any preseason projection that doesnt have Posh as most valuable Johnnie and first team Big East is not worth the paper it's written on.

Posh is by far the best player on this team. He'll be an all big-east selection this year.

I'm excited though, this year is about as open as the big east has been in a while. Creighton is probably the favorites but they aren't unbeatable, Villanova with a new coach, UConn a lot of new faces. I wouldn't be surprised at all if Johnnies took the big east this year or finished in the top 3, a lot of returning guys, with some very good pieces coming in. Reminds me of CMA's 2014-2015 team, which was his 4th year at Arkansas, brought back most of his roster, with a good recruiting class, that team finished 2nd in SEC, with 27-7 record and 5th seed in NCAA tournament. CMA's teams where he brings back a lot of guys are almost money in the bank for the tournament.

If our records are similar at the end of the season they will get in the tournament before us. We can’t afford a bad loss out of conference and we need to finish top 5 in conference.
