Yup. Looks like he blew his knee out. A huge blow for seton halls national championship dream.

Willard to Cohen and Popkin: "The initial diagnosis looks OK. Nothing in the ACL and all that stuff. Still have to get an MRI. From first diagnosis, not as bad as it looked."

Will we ever get a Tyrique Jones? When is the last time we had one? Jayson Williams maybe?

Creighton beats Nova on road. McDermott is an excellent coach, especially offensively.

Was hoping for an X loss so that if we win tomorrow, we leap frog them in the standings. Oh well.

What a wild afternoon in the Big East.

- Unranked Xavier wins on the road at No. 10 Seton Hall
- Unranked Creighton wins on the road at No. 8 Villanova
- Unranked Providence wins on the road at No. 16 Butler
- Marquette leads for 90 secs, gets 31 from Markus Howard, beats DePaul

Oh hear you on this. I am excited about Moore, but I just keep waiting for some real muscle. Beyond rebounds and inside scoring, a paint threat can really give a lift to both guard positions.

AP

Big East in this week's Top 25:

10. Villanova
12. Seton Hall
19. Butler
21. Creighton
RV: Marquette

DePaul's first half 19 point deficit (35-16) at home against X, made me feel just a tiny bit better about our loss against G'Town. No matter how bad we might be, there's always a chance DePaul is as bad or worse.

See what 2nd half brings

I’ve said this before but....can we play DePaul eight to ten times a year?

Interesting that Butler's 2020 recruiting class is ranked 30th in the country and third in the Big East with five 3 star recruits ranked between #123 - #286.
