Troll? Gee thanks for the warm welcome. I guess by troll you mean that my opinion differs from yours. I have made constructive contributions. Much of what is posted here puts the lack of performance mostly on the players. I don’t see it as such and believe that the staff is suspect at best.
It may help to be constructive if you had anything more to say all the time other than "the coach is doing a bad job" with nothing else behind it.
So you want me to list specifics as to why I think the staff is not doing an adequate job? Does not a season where the minimum expectation was a bid to the Dance which is all but out of the question and having but one Quad 2 win with two of the premiere players in the league infer as such?
Do you think Champagnie has performed this year at a level of one of the premier players in the league?
Obviously not. But when his shooting went South, was there direction by the staff to contribute in other ways? I recall many games where when his shot didn't fall, he seemed lost with no direction at all. It has only been in recent games where he has posted up more and found other ways to score. And while Champ has certainly not lived up to what many of us hoped/expected, Wheeler has certainly exceeded expectations. I was always a believer that good teams /coaches always seem to find a way. What I cant stand is the constant moaning and groaning about the officiating as an excuse for lost opportunities. Hopefully the team and staff can rebound and make the remainder of the season interesting.

Wrong thread for this discussion.  Please find the appropriate thread to post.  Thanks.

Rutgers playing very well.  Harper Jr., Baker, Mulcahy and Omoruyi are a really nice nucleus.  I am surprised Aundre Hyatt (now a junior) has not developed more.

Steve Pikiell was an excellent hire.  I was curious about his contract and look it up (see below).  His initial deal was extended.

2019-20:  1.7 million
2020-21: $2.2 million
2021-22: $2.6 million
2022-23: $3 million
2023-24: $3.25 million
2024-25: $3.5 million
2025-26: $3.75 million

Paul Mulcahy has been playing really well for Rutgers during the winning streak.

Duke was up 9 at the half.  Wake tied the game late, Duke took the lead on an almost but not quite basket interference tip in, and won when Wake’s heave with .4 left bounced off the rim.

Quick check-in on Aidan Igiehon:

8.4 MPG
2.8 PPG
2.7 RPG

Now playing at Grand Canyon. I really thought he would put up big numbers playing on that level.
