Committee really making it clear they have 0 care regarding Conf Tourneys... see Michigan winning theirs and still below Wiscy by two seed lines... (not like they were a cinderella either)

The only conference / championship that matters is the SEC... I know this will ruffle feathers, but it's true. It's the only conference championship the talking heads spoke positively about. In fact, some pundits said it would be more difficult than the big dance, because the entire conference was basically Q1.

It's becoming increasingly obvious that it is all about (flawed) metrics these days.

While I feel for these low end D1 coaches, on average they make good salaries. Maybe not as much at some smaller private schools like St. Francis but for example the coach of a low end D1 SUNY makes close to 400K, the typical salary for a D3 SUNY Coach is less than 100K.

Can't imagine he's going to coach much longer. He's in the category of Jay Wright, Tony Bennett et al and is going to to say "take this NIL stuff and shove it" pretty soon.
