Still seems like a weird hire to me. I think he can clearly coach, but you'd think Maryland could have reeled in a much bigger name. I called Ohio St. a national championship program earlier with the right hire, and I think the same of Maryland. Less of a stretch with Maryland since I actually did witness them winning one.Wonder who Willard had to hire to his staff to pull this one off

Thread there about the likely future of college sports. Not sure how on point this second hand info is but it all seems reasonable and inevitable in which case it won't be long until I'm looking for a new hobby.
I believe you are going to have a lot of company.
You can look for a new hobby, and have a blast.
I feel for the kids who excel in any of the Olympic sports who will be shut out of scholarship opportunities because all of the universities’ resources are going towards football and basketball.
