Former UNLV recruit who transferred to TT with UNLV coaching change. PC was recruiting him heavily at one point, will be interesting to see if they get involved.

From a senior admin official, at today’s WH coronavirus task force meeting the CDC briefed Pence and others that forthcoming guidance will decrease the quarantine time for COVID positive patients from 14 days to 7 days (with a negative test) and 10 days (with no test).

Some great games on ESPN today:

UNC vs. Texas at 4 for Maui Championship
West Virginia vs. Gonzaga at 7
Illinios vs. Baylor at 10
Won't see much of the first one due to conflict with our game but hope to see parts of the last two which showcase current #1 and #2 teams.

I think Illinois is winning that game.

Two of our former recruiting targets, Kofi & Curbelo, on display for Illinois. I'll probably only last for first half of that one but looking forward to it.

And we won't hear one word of criticism from you-know-who on the other site while he regularly destroys or critiques the kids Anderson brings in the door.

Another of our former recruits, Mo Bamba tested positive for covid over the summer but is suffering from long term effects with no timeliness yet for his return to nba:

So, his next school will be his fourth four-year school. Can't think of anyone else who pulled this off. America's guest.

Him and Eli Wright must have a competition between them.

Wow !! Made me curious to look up record scored by a team regardless of division

Apparently Troy St. vs. Devry in 1992

Score: 258-141

Read this approach by Troy St. approach and makes 40 min of hell seem like a joke

Sources: The basketball oversight committee expected to recommend that the NCAA allow ALL transfers to get waiver to play this season. This would be proposed to the D-1 Council — which next meets on Dec. 16. There is a chance it could be voted on prior to the 16th.

In regards to the Sedee Keita transfer, This one I understand. I went to Florida International, it’s basically a commuter school in Miami. Not many people live on campus but in Normal times it was a blast living there. I was there in 2003. The school was top 10 in the nation for Beautiful Women. Lol I’d put it up against any school during that time frame. Unfortunately for Keita, everything is virtual during the pandemic, so the only people that live on campus are probably the football and basketball players. I’d transfer to. Lol

Knight Commission Recommends FBS Split From NCAA
The Knight Commission today recommended that the FBS "split from the NCAA and form its own system of governance." The Knight Commission spent the past year "studying the current state of college sports before making its recommendation." The group surveyed D-I leaders before "deciding that the oversight of college sports is due for a major overhaul." The proposal "would leave the 130 schools that participate in FBS-level football to form a new governance structure." The NCAA "would no longer be responsible for overseeing the enforcement of rules, determining eligibility or creating health and safety guidelines for FBS football in this structure" (ESPN.com, 12/3).
