Whatever keeps UConn with us, whatever helps that, I am all for it. We need to not be so naive to think that the UConn brand isn't going to help with our next media rights negotiation.
And these teams can cleave basketball (and football) away for ACC membership, why can't we cleave basketball membership away for Gonzaga to the Big East. Let them play in the WCC (or anywhere) for the Olympic sports.
