Wow. Day after it was announced he would be out for the season. Wonder now what really May have gone in and if the two circumstances are related. Haven’t had a chance to read Bama board had company and we’re all watching Giant game.

The announcement that he was out for the season was made Saturday, the murder happended early Sunday.

He was away from the team for awhile for what was labeled personal reasons. He has played in six games since the injury. He has been seen jumping around like maybe he is not that hurt and suddenly it’s announced he is out for the season. Maybe there is no connection but I was just wondering if there might be a connection. Don’t know what you are questioning about my observations.

The story of his season seems to indicate that he might have been a problematic player leading up to the injury announcment. The news Sunday morning would seem to confirm it. I think that's what you're saying and agree, if from a much further distance from the program.
 
Saw press conference conducted by head coach Nate Oats and he said that Miles personal issues and injury situation were totally unrelated to the shooting incident.
 
Apparently, the "Strip" in Tuscaloosa is where everyone hangs out. Earlier the victim blew him off, per the NYP and the victim's mom. So sad. Not only that Miles shot into the car and killed her and then the driver of the vehicle shot back at Miles and his friend. It sounds like the Wild West, with all of these guns.

A couple of marquee Big 12 matchups tonight: #2 Kansas at #13 Kansas State and #7 Texas at #12 Iowa State.
