Who the F are these guys?

Have any of y'all taken the time to check his stats. Yes, he averaged 18.9 pts, but he shot 39.9% from 2 and 25.9% from 3 in the MAAC. He is in his 5th and last year of playing college ball. The young man is delusional.

Imagine if we signed a transfer from Canisius who shot 39.9 and 25.9, this board would have been killing the staff.

He's a very talented player that struggles to score efficiently but he's also an excellent passer and was the sole focus of every single opponent's defensive gameplan. I do agree he's going to be a challenge for any decent power conference team to integrate into their offense because he's so ball dominant and iso heavy. At the power conference level he strikes me as more of a best player on bad team type player more than a complimentary piece on a good team type

Maybe he’s a high volume scorer. Much easier to have gaudy shooting percentages when you hardly take any shots like just the easy ones. Somebody has to eventually shoot the ball.

All of what you said is true but it’s not easy to shoot sub 40% from inside the arc. Coburn had the lowest 2pt% for us last year at 43%

Edit: perez shot 45% from 2 last year. Go get him 😀

Providence is the BE sleeper team, per ESPN:

Although the defending Big East champs lost nearly 54 points per game to departures in the offseason, Jared Bynum (12.2 PPG, 41% from beyond the arc) joins key transfers in playing for a coach, Ed Cooley, who has managed to manufacture a top-five defensive efficiency mark in the league in seven of the past eight years.

A lot of green reasons will likely keep Ewing around even after this season.
I'm a bit surprised that Georgetown wouldn't have enough cash laying around that they couldn't make a change without feeling fiscally irresponsible.

Me too but I keep hearing it from multiple ppl very close to the program.
I heard it isn't really money, Patrick is so deeply tied there that they really want to give him every chance to win. But there is only so much pressure they can withstand.

In fact I heard his contract was privately reworked that made it a bit more favorable to Georgetown.
