2nd DePaul Game

Pointer's midrange game has really gotten good. He won't shoot from 3 (thank goodness) but he is very consistent from 12-15. He took une really bad shot late in the 2nd half but, otherwise, he was very efficient. Combined with his ability to get to the rim and his defense, he is an absolute beast.

Pphil also had terrific game. He scored and got key reboinds at very opportune times. His contribution to this team over 4 years is so underappreciated. He is the type of player that, if he was on another BE team, we would be coveting for his intangibles.

D'Angelo is an absolute superstar. Reading other team boards and seeing how much they hate him just confirms that fact.

For the record, what was that idiot Obekpa doing with a huge grin on his face confronting Harrison just moments after a huge technical was called on him that not only gave DePaul two FTs but also another personal on Harrison?

I rather have him smiling instead of Seton Hall's situation where they wanna fight in huddles

It was the same grin he had after being tossed against Butler. Game situations mean nothing to the guy.

I am sure it is a nervous grin.
Just the same I would def watch if they had a film crew follow him around as he grins inappropiately in different situations.

And I thought the smile might have helped to calm down a very upset D'lo.

Amazing - and ultimately quite sad - what "fans" can find to criticize and turn negative.

Did anyone see Amar push a DePaul player after the DePaul player fouled him? I like his aggressiveness but would hope that doesn't happen again.

Everyone saw it but the ref. Flagrant one. He plays like he's auditioning for the KGB.

With all the turmoil going on not too far away in Newark, we are gonna get on a guy for smiling?

He was trying to calm down DLo most likely, and if he wasn't who really gives af ?

Ben Affleck's character in Gone Girl had same issue with grinning at inappropriate times. Personally I like the grin but Affleck's character almost got sent up the river for a crime that wasn't even commited.

One of my favorite shows on tv now. Actually that new show that is on tomorrow night " Allegiance " which I was going to write off as just a ripoff of the americans was pretty good last week. They are shooting it right now still in NYC
