They need to exolain to Rizzo that he is NOT a fast runner. He is getting thrown out too often trying to take an extra base or even worse trying to steal a base!

This may not be popular with the masses, but Stanton is not playable. He has multiple opportunities and does not put the ball in play. I don’t know who should take his reps, but we can’t keep waiting for him to run into one.

I don’t think Boone would have the guts to sit Stanton Watching him since his return from IL He’s not even coming close. As you said doesn’t even put the ball in play.

Good news: Aaron Hicks is 11 for his last 27, and has been effective in the 9 spot ahead of Judge, when out there.

Bad news: Because of this, he will probably be getting postseason at-bats.

Last night's 3 hit game was just his 3rd of the entire season, and he's played in 125 games (not all of which were starts, obviously).

Don't forget his boneheaded running play getting forced at second on a single to center.

Didn't see it, was in the car listening and they made it sound like it was tough either way and there was a good chance it would be caught.

Sometimes you throw away flowers and the garbage smells like potpouri but Trash is still gonna stink the next day.

Hicks is Trash...

Just as an aside (doesn't mean anything), the Dodgers lost to the Rockies yesterday, meaning the most number of wins they can finish with in the regular season is 113.

Factor in 11 potential postseason wins, and the maximum number is 124, meaning the 1998 Yankees record for most victories in a season, combined regular season and playoffs, is safe.

Will The Judge hit number 62? I think he will on the last game on his last AB just for the sake of drama
