AS long as the team wins 95+ games a year, I doubt he goes anywhere.Boone is not a good manager. I'm shocked he's been in the BX so long. If the Yanks don't get to the WS he's a goner

I don’t think Boone would have the guts to sit Stanton Watching him since his return from IL He’s not even coming close. As you said doesn’t even put the ball in play. This may not be popular with the masses, but Stanton is not playable. He has multiple opportunities and does not put the ball in play. I don’t know who should take his reps, but we can’t keep waiting for him to run into one.
I have a feeling Judge may sit tonight. It would give him a chance to get 61 & 62 at home.Judge hits it tonight in the 1st inning.
It looks like Judge is going to DH and bat first.I have a feeling Judge may sit tonight. It would give him a chance to get 61 & 62 at home.
Don't forget his boneheaded running play getting forced at second on a single to center.Good news: Aaron Hicks is 11 for his last 27, and has been effective in the 9 spot ahead of Judge, when out there.
Bad news: Because of this, he will probably be getting postseason at-bats.
Last night's 3 hit game was just his 3rd of the entire season, and he's played in 125 games (not all of which were starts, obviously).
Didn't see it, was in the car listening and they made it sound like it was tough either way and there was a good chance it would be caught.Don't forget his boneheaded running play getting forced at second on a single to center.
I saw it on TV and it was unforgivable. The hitter was upset he lost a base hit because Hicks got a bad read on the ball.Didn't see it, was in the car listening and they made it sound like it was tough either way and there was a good chance it would be caught.
