Would prefer more of a true post player but I would not be upset if the staff used the last ship on him. Just goes to show the importance of not using all of your ships as every week , even this late in the summer, that kids go back on the market for one reason or another.

Per Verbal Commits
2019 Williston State College (ND)/Texas–Rio Grande Valley commit F Sita Conteh is reopening his recruitment.

Fwiw, he is from Bronx & as noted before DeMeo and TJ both follow him on Twitter. Conteh also is following Anderson.

Cleveland State transfer Rasheem Dunn tells ESPN he’s visiting Siena tomorrow and St. John’s next week. Working on visits to New Mexico and Arkansas.

Averaged 15.4 PPG and 5.7 RPG in 2017-18 at St. Francis NY. Hopes for waiver to play immediately

Is this Paultz or Windy :silly:

Pass here I think. Low shooting percentages. And the waiver is gonna be a reach.

Still good to see we haven’t given up on last ship with grad transfers. Anybody who can give us some valuable minutes could help quite a bit.

This is the guy who played with Ponds, right? I remember wanting him when he transferred the last time around. May have been useful if he were eligible immediately and his decommit came earlier, but there are bigger fish to fry now.
As expected, Utah transfer Donnie Tillman has committed to UNLV
Just heard on local, LV, radio that Tillman picked UNLV over Seton Hall and SJU. Said he was a talented stretch four , with a shot.

I don't get the sense that anyone other than UNLV was ever really in this. Family situation similar to Heron and will be immediately eligible.

Yes, mother is ill and lives in LV. He attended Findley Prep before going to Utah.

That'll be someone to keep an eye on. I expect Justice to have a big year in JUCO and look to be a qualifier. It'll be interesting to see if staff gets involved, especially if we land one of these high school PGs, particularly Posh. I doubt they'd want 3 smaller PGs on the roster.
