But not from St. John's? That surprises me. Maybe the Staff's confident we'll get a 'big' 4th of July present from 'someone' else?!?
Kidding--but I am hoping.

P.S. DePaul's been active in the transfer market. I'm surprised they still have an open 'ship.
I'm more surprised anyone would want to play for their unsuccessful coach.

Iona is Manhattan's biggest rival. I would doubt he would consider there.

The list of schools after him is appropriate for him. We shouldn't be after him either.
I thought Fordham was Manhattan’s biggest rival.
They aren’t in the same conference. Iona Manhattan is huge game twice a year.

Before proliferation of conferences when there was the ECAC, Manhattan/Fordham was THE Game. Fordham would be better served being in the MAAC

Semi-annual double header at the old 50th St. MSG was Fordham vs. Manhattan and NYU vs. St. John's with large groups of each student body marching in to the Garden after gathering at selected nearby locations. The House rocked. I think it was annual until they built Alumni.

Someone of my gen who remembers those days at the "Old" Garden. Jaspers (undergrad) met at Columbus Circle and marched down 8th Avenue-in the street.

NYU in the Bronx, we drove to the parking lot on 50th and 6th and after the games (usually Thursday night) went to the Mad Hatter on 79th and 2nd, home of the NY Rugby club, where they served free champagne at midnight.

Oregon transfer C.J. Walker has committed to UCF, per his Twitter page.

The spin was he wanted to transfer near home. I think the 'buzz' was FL,. That's the 'surprise'.

Big addition to the transfer portal: Hampton sophomore forward Ben Stanley. Averaged 22 points and 7.2 boards last season.

I'm going with usguard and, as a long shot BooHarvey.B)

Wonder what % of Ben Stanley's stats would 'carry over' to Bug East play?
At this point, I prefer Yor Anei, who is still following and being followed by TJC.
A long shot but nice to dream.

Maryland, Georgetown, Missouri and Xavier have already reached out to Hampton transfer Ben Stanley, per source.

Stanley from Baltimore, Maryland & Gtown both seem like logical landing spots.

I said after the "late" decision by LJ to transfer that there will be guys going into the Portal deep into Augiust.
