When you factor in compensation package and results, worse coaching hire in the history of SJU basketball. Maybe in the history of SJU period. And considering some of other less-then-stellar coaching hires, that's saying an awful lot.Didn’t watch the game so don’t know the particulars but the final score tells me two things.
1. The Anderson regime will go down as the regime that never taught defense. And no, you can’t blame it in racehorse basketball which has not been visible for quite some time.
2. For a team to score this many points without a structured offense, the talent and quickness is certainly there regardless of what other posters may say. Clearly this talent and athleticism was wasted on this staff.
The season can’t end soon enough. A change is needed.
