So many reasons why this game was lost today. All the same things that have occurred all season long. Horrible baserunning early, and then Torres not taking second on Peraza's steal in the 9th. Smith was not holding him on. Low baseball IQ. Fielding once again pathetic. Volpe looked awful in the field today. Holmes blew 2 chances to make a play in the 9th. But the worst in my opinion was removing Brito after only 34 pitches, and bringing in Kahnle, who continues to struggle. Absolutely killer decision by the asshole, clueless Boone. Bullpen sucked today. Everyone is unlucky, according to him. They competed well, he says. We gotta do better. Bullshit. He has to go. Terrible decision-maker, who has let fundamental baseball go by the wayside with this team. Stanton, who I abhor, had a big game today.

Getting rid of Boone and keeping Cashman and thinking that this is the solution is the rough equivalent of putting out a house fire by changing the countertops. If Cashman is being kept, you may as well keep Boone. Need to treat the disease, not the symptom, though the underlying disease is ownership.

Wow, just pathetic. Stanton sucks. Big error cost 2 runs. Typical poor infield play. It's obvious Boone has given up. Zero emotion about how poor this team is. Again, he thinks the Yanks had good at bats! WTF was he watching?

The lack of fundamental baseball is sickening. Fire this effing manager once and for all. Rodon at 31 pitches. Maybe he'll go 4. What the hell is this lineup?

Plays like today have happened so many times this season

Worse than Sunday morning softball teams
 
4 hits in 8 innings. 1 single. Boy do they suck. Since Volpe's homer, they've had 1 runner, a HBP. Just atrocious, along with the bullpen.
