I don’t know how to link twitter but the replays I saw made it look like hitting that line was a definite possibility. Let alone maybe going straight out.

Look at it again he reached over the fence and the ball was in a downward trajectory (look at how he caught the ball and freeze the frame). It was definitely not going over. They got it right.
 
There's a huge difference in game m1's from being up 1-0 to being down 0-1. and they were one out away from it.

This is the freaking type of shit that makes you have sleepless nights.

I legitly wanted a subway series. It would have been real fun (Yankee-Met WS), NY would have baseball on lockdown.
Plus I fucking tried showing respect to the Mets for having a better year then anyone thought they would have.

I just texted one of my partners at work that I’d drop Ambien off at his house. He’s distraught and filled with more rage than a St John’s fan during the Norm years

WTF was Cole removed after 88 pitches? Trust your ace, you idiot Boone. It screws up the bullpen precession unbelievably. Boone in a few moves undid every good move he made in the prior series.

And that's why this franchise will never win a championship with him as Manager.

Fielding, like so many games this season, was a horrible weakness. Early play by Verdugo, a terrible play by Soto turning a double into a triple, Soto not being able to get the ball out of his glove, the play by Torres (of course) and the play by Cabrera, who I am a big fan of.

1 for 8 with RISP. 11 LOB. A significant issue all season long and probably continuing. And 13 more friggin strikeouts.

Judge looked like shit. Can he perform in a big spot? So far, the answer is a resounding no.

I have zero confidence in this team bouncing back tomorrow night.

And, I have no rage.

We're in the Series. It's not against the Mets. The MLB season will end when we finish playing. I'm enjoying it.

Do I want to win this series? Yes. But if it doesn't happen,then we still had the second best possible result of the year. Not a lot of teams can say that.

Against mediocre teams you can get away with so many gaffes……dumb moves

So much more respect how great the Jeter teams were. I’ll even go back to the 70’s championship teams

Seemed very clear to me based on glove position below top of wall and where ball went into glove.
