Yankees - 2019
Guess what. The pitching answer isn’t out there.

Giants aren’t trading Mad Bum now
Stroman isn’t the answer.
Bauer likely not traded either
Minor isn’t.
Wheeler isn’t
Thor likely would never be traded to Yankees.
Should I keep going. The pitching market is poor. Pitching is damn poor this year all over the League
Then I guess we better hit our way to the title.
The pitching definitely won't

Guess some of you guys were right about the other night disagreeing with me that Boone left German in too long giving up 8 runs. Guess the benchmark for a starter is the 12 Tanaka gave up tonight.

Well no starter still hasn't made the 5th inn since last sturday, this is starting to get real sad.
I do not remember the starters pitching this bad, since maybe the 80s, early 90s?
If Paxton doesn't right this shit, and he can't get to the 5th, I might be done posting until the playoffs, because I'll be cursing up a storm, and don't want to get a warning.
We're talking championship contender, and all of our pitchers are pitching like we're 30 under.
WTFFFFFFFFFFFF. This is making me sick

Is it wrong I'm hoping Paxton can't get to the 5th tonight ;)

game 102.
one for the ages, the dark ages.
the daily old school redmen why was he even born award - tanaka - sadly my favorite yankee starter.
the daily old school redmen savage award - kyle - in his first at bat, I wanted him not to swing until he had 2 strikes.
the daily old school redmen sanchez/slump/sucks award goes to the yankee starters.
the first ever daily old school redmen rollercoaster award goes to romine - savage one day, era of 27 the next.
tonight's excitement - who will get the final out in the boston fifth.

He will get to the 5th. Might give up 10 runs to do it but we can't keep running the bullpen out there before the 5th. Sometimes you have to take a beating for the team to rest your bullpen, German the previous game but Tanaka last night, geez.

Hey you gotta mention CC and Happ as well, they suck also. This shit is like: "you bro I'll pitch worse then you, just wait and see. WEEEEEEEEEEEEEE
lOOKS LIKE THE DAMN JOKE SQUAD NOW.

"Sometimes you have to take a beating for the team to rest your bullpen."
Which is why we saw Tarpley, cessa, and Romine last night.

I predicted on Twitter during the final Twins game that the Red Sux would score 40 runs in this series. Dad to say, they're just under halfway there after a single game. I have never seen such a pathetic starting rotation as the current one. And being humiliated by your chief rival does not bode well either.

Wrong 85, he never made it to the 5th.
This is a f'ing bad joke, The whole starting 5 sucks all at once.
Real great championship starting 5.
Not watching this crap, until they fix their shit, it stinks real bad right now.
See ya in late sept.
Enjoy the starting 5 pitching like shit, it's okay right moose.

Well I wished it and it came true. He didn’t make the 5th. You’re gonna stop posting now right ;)

All seriousness if you ran the Yankees. Who are you trading for and what are you giving up. I’m genuinely curious

game 103.
half way to boston massacre 2019 style.
the excitement was over, not when it was 7 zip, but when Paxton only threw up 4 innings.
the daily old school redmen roller coaster award goes to our own old school redmen. he voluntarily put himself on the il.
I believe il has a minimum of 7 and max of 60. hopefully he is back before the first yankee pitching shutout.
the daily old school redmen why was he even born award goes to, once again, the yankee starters.
the daily old school redmen sanchez/slump/sucks award goes to Paxton.
the daily old school redmen savage award goes to the tauch man, romine, maybin.
the tauch man might have to be removed from savage considerations as gardner might not be a starter.
romine might have to be removed from savage considerations as kraken gone for a while.

I was under the impression that the Red Sox had a lot of problems. They look like last year's Boston team, to me.

Hmmm,..how did they look in London? Or over the balance of the 105 games played so far? Not quite like last year. People need to relax. It’s been an awful week, but it’s still just a week, I’ll take first place up 8 or 9 games late July over chasing, any day.

But, if we lose, it's a sweep, and we play them 4 games again next weekend, which might not be a good thing, right now.

I agree that they are still 9 up in loss column on Sox which is still a big number but this has been pretty embarrassing. It has gotten to the point that a 123 inning is so rare its celebrated. They need a win tomorrow night just for their psyche. Don't want to get swept and pounded in the sweep.

On the other hand it seems the Sox gave been waiting for the Yanks all year to come to Fenway.
