It’s a great win. Johnnie’s put themselves in a hole but dug there way out. Just wish we wouldn’t put us there. Sooner or later we are gonna get bit because of it.

My only pet peeve is why are we having such a hard time finding a shooter or two? Pitino harped about it when he was hired. I love RP and now is not the time but it really limits the ceiling. One bad night against the wrong team and we would be cooked. This team has to win regularly getting outscored by big margins from the arc.

Oh well, gotta enjoy the wins. 17-3 8-1 is awesome. It’s been a lifetime and this team is entertaining until the end. Go St. John’s!

Prey took a big step tonight. He started hinting the ball and stopped deferring to to others off the glass. He started to become vocal on defense. Just get this kid minutes.

We have been defending the three well , that’s why we been winning. Our defense has been great. We miss Smith. His on ball defense cannot be replaced.

Well , X was 8-20 for 24 points . We were 1-12for 3,points .

I agree we defended the 3 much better in the 2 nd half but , we can’t spot Marquette , UCOnn , probably Creighton that much of a point differential as the season moves on .

Tonight was a terrific win and gritty comeback .
We really tightened up our on the ball defense in the 2nd half and wore X out .

What a win!!! We continue to defy the metrics. The team has so much heart. Zuby is a warrior! Kadary with by far his best game of the year. No other player on the team that I’d rather have the ball in his hands with the game on the line than Kadary
