It's a holiday. We can all watch it again.
Unfortunately I won't get home in time for that. If there is a replay Tuesday or late tomorrow night that would be great but it's like a 9 hour drive from Montreal to delaware
Yea, I don't get this channel. Do people actually get these obscure channels? Between this and CBS Sports Network, this season has been killing me. Basically I'd have to sign up for this TWC Sports Pass for $9 a month, I just don't watch enough sports to make it worth it.
With TWC and Optimum you can subscribe to any package, movie or sports, etc.- and cancel it the next day paying only the prorated daily charge. So you're $9.00 charge is .30 cents a day.
I've been doing this for NFL Red Zone as I only care to watch it on the Sunday's that I'm home, and if I can limit Dolan's income at Cable Vision all the better.
One thing I wanted to post yesterday but forgot to was that our freshman big man Amar did a better job on Jalen Reynolds than our NBA player Jakarr did.
I watch online at Fox Sports Go which is a great site but unlike Watch ESPN they don't allow for replay afterwards. Syracuse game we great because I could replay the whole thing. I'm younger and like a lot of young people don't pay for cable, I use my parents login info and watch things online.
I did see some (full?) highlights of this last night on YouTube, search for St. John's Xavier and set the search criteria for uploads today (which means past 24 hours)

Guys it's more than that for Dom. Sometimes it just takes certain players longer for things to click. He's clearly improved in every aspect of his game including rebounding and defense which is all about effort. He must have put in a ton of work over the summer so we need to give him credit.
I found some. But the play I really want to see again is the pointer block on stainbrook and then the and one, which this doesn't have.

Was at an early wedding yesterday, so wasn't able to watch the game. Just a great road win for this team and much needed to keep their tournament hopes alive. It's going to be a dog race between St. John's, Georgetown, Xavier, and Providence to get in the tournament and you need wins like this to get there. Already have 2 against Providence and now you give yourself the opportunity to get 2 against Xavier as well. Huge, huge game.
No dog race. Only dog race for SJU is against other bubble teams and Xavier. Which is why winning at Xavier was huge. It is vital we stay ahead of them in standings now that we finally overtook their spot
See now that different outlets have it listed different ways (ESPN actually has X in front of us in their app and us in front of them on their site!). My understanding of the standings is as I stated, but as I mentioned also irrelevant as we are certainly better positioned moving forward with the two extra games and a win against them in the books, so who cares who is in fifth now. Let's take advantage!
Very good game and for the second time in two weeks we have played very well on national and international TV and beat teams ranked ahead of us.
That is absolutely crucial for recruiting and we are in a dog fight to get a couple of key more players to commit. I love the Sampson commitment and am pleased with Samir. Get a high level point guard , Freeman and Chiek and if Rysheed and Chris return with our limited but effective bench and we can be top 20 team.
As for the game lets give Lavin props , good use of the limited bench, we all see why he went after AA, good use of timeouts, team kept their composure when the wheels could have fallen off . He deserves a lot of credit for yesterday's win.
