This thread will not be productive other than stress relief hopefully. I’m getting so old I forget the bad ones but St Francis renaming the arena the worst but this has to be too 3 or top 5. Incarnate with Mullin was horrible but I thought he was a horrible coach so I wasn’t as surprised. This was absolutely one of the worst played games I’ve seen in my life . I always try not to be negative on the kids sometimes I stray unfortunately this was all around bad as much as I love CMA this is all on him

Mike i know you're frustrated and were pounding all day at MSG and god knows where else before and after, but we're a mediocre team playing without our best player by far. It was a terrible loss, but we've had much worse in spite of this being a pretty bad one.

Exhibition loss in Mullin Year 1 to St. Aquinas (D2)....90 to 58

Not what anyone expected.

While we had a horrible team and I believe Mullin's first game that exhibition performance was so bad it made me laugh.

And the worst loss of all ? No more Bronx pale ale in the 100 level. This is bullshit

Horrible loss to a bad team.  Can't expect to win when you shoot 50% or less from the line...refs didn't help either with some questionable calls.

I think UC Irvine in the 1995 Lapchick Tournament with Felipe, Zendon and Tarik signaled that the party was over, and it was time for all of us to get our coats and leave.

I really enjoyed the 1999 elite eight team.

The biggest loss was when they only paid the hooker $6 for her services which led us to Norm and the rest is history.

the loss to miami, when neither team had much more than 40.
perhaps the worse game in which both sju and the other team both played crappy.
it was miami's only be win that year

As bad as Pitt is, they still play in the ACC.  That automatically means this can't be the worst loss ever.  Plenty of losses to bad low and mid major teams to go around for that title.

And that loss came against a team most of us thought was Final Four caliber - Malik Sealy’s senior year.

unacceptable you have to make your worst

And here is why I’m asking . I love CMA love Champ and Posh both of them are all time favorites for me and Wusu whike not huge stats he could end up being my second favorite. No knock on any other player they were recruited but when you have cream puff schedule losses like this to me at least kill the season so now we definitely need to go 11-9 being generous

Hiring Norm. The program has never recovered.
During Norm's tenure here, Baylor had one of the worst scandals in the history of sports, anywhere and at any time. This included a bb player murdering his teammate and the program being given the "death sentence". Yet, somehow, the bb program was not only resurrected, but they won a national championship last year. If Baylor can come back from that scandal , we should certainly be able to come back from our scandal,  and the resulting hiring of Norm, by now. No more excuses.

I think it was DLos jr year we were a 1 seed and got killed the first round of the NIT.. Not the worse loss but pretty bad.

My disappointment is rooted in the fact we have two All BE players and my naive assumption that the transfers were of more impact than what we have seen. Unlike North, Monte and others, I minimized the loss of some kids who transferred while assuming the new guys were upgrades. Shame on me so far. Continuity to degree possible in this transfer mania era is still a valuable commodity.

Robert Morris I believe. Where my main man Rasheem Dunn, who got way to much hate on this board, is averaging almost 13PPG while shooting nearly 50% from 3. Great young man and solid ballplayer. Sure wish we still had him.
