Correct. But I would like another solid transfer.Off-season went as about as good as it can go.
-Lost an all league player to the draft, brought in a former preseason all-American.
-Lost a 10 PPG Big East player, brought in a 15 PPG Big East player.
Both players are considered top 25 transfers according to ESPN. To put that in comparison our highest rated transfer last year according to ESPN was Joel Soriano and he was in the 90's.
With this addition NCAA expectations become realistic again. IMO, roster as is, is a top 5 BE team. Posh, Curbelo, and Jones all have all league talent.
Even without one more, we are pretty dang deep and quite a few solid big East starters at multiple spots. There aren’t a lot of huge holes, except maybe swiping from the outside, but I think we have some that can certainly do damage.Correct. But I would like another solid transfer.
But considering how disappointing last season was and what went out the door I said he needed to roll 7s well he rolled 6 1/2s which is pretty good. If he can get 1 more solid transfer than you can make argument they should be better next yesr.
The ceiling is the roof with Shoes.Shoes is the new Slice.
I don’t want a new Slice who gave us nothing but problems. Shoes is already way ahead here…Shoes is the new Slice.
Terrific get. Let’s not forget that Champagnie barely shot over 30 percent from deep last year.Fwiw, this is a stud that gives us a lot of what we lost with Champagnie. Not as good from the outside but a bit better inside. Versatile forward that is a real problem and All Big East candidate kinda player. Curbelo and Jones so far is destroying it on the transfer market.
Then I saw his game, now I'm a believer.I'm a believer.
Looking at the numbers closely, Shoes’ recruits per salary has already surpassed Slice.Shoes is the new Slice.
