Get an experienced PG.

unless Heron makes it on his own, unlikely to have anything official, since he never stated he was leaving.

LJ Figueroa advisor told me last school to try to get invovled was Oregon. Tons of high-majors wanted him. Presence of Van Macon was big. Figueroa has known him for a while. #sjubb
This is huge. Just thankful Memphis didnt get involved

As Paultz and others have said, an experienced PG would be a huge boost for this 'on paper' talented roster replete with SGs/SFs.
We even have a couple interesting bigs on board in Steere, Sears, and Roberts returning.
Next year might be a competitive - very competitive team--with just 1 - 2 more key additions.

Heron’s problem last year partially was due to lack of coaching. He looked confused and frustrated much of the time. Imho he’s a bit better player than he has shown. Both LJ and he can benefit from some coaching this year.
And also in part due to Heron and Ponds never clicking like on the court as an expected dynamic duo.

I like seeing and hearing that Mike Cragg is engaged in what is happening around the Program. Maybe it was just my perception but for too long it didn’t seem their was a guiding hand to support whoever was the coach. I think I like Mike Cragg.

Next season we may very well be 4 years ahead of schedule, welcome back LJ.

great news for once maybe things are changing around here, is there any chance Justin comes back? Or am I asking for too much!

Great news! If everything goes well, we will still have some growing pains. However, this program is better positioned now, than it has been in a very long time.

The prospects of establishing a winning culture are now real.

Additionally this is huge for Williams and Wright who will not need to be relied on as primary scorers.

Too much.

My understanding is that Bryan is still in the transfer portal but remains uncommitted. Personally I would not be disappointed if he returns to StJohn's for the coming season.

Trimble's on court performance may improve with better coaching.

I disagree. Trimble is too slow and his only game is as a subpar 3pt shooter.
And I hate to be harsh but imo, he left the program when he opted to transfer.
Question: Is he still on the roster?
Or did he void his ‘ship by entering the portal?
