Dixon could get called for 3 seconds literally every time he has the ball. In fact, he is incapable of NOT taking more than 3 seconds. He is slow and can’t jump - so he has to make 4 maneuvers in order to get a shot up. My wife thought I was maniac on the last non-call when he twisted and turned for at least 6 seconds with out being called only compounded by Soriano being called for a foul. That should be a point of emphasis made to to refs before any game against Nova.

Not sure what this is in response to - but he is right, they had more than enough layup attempts to win this game by 10. The team played very nervous tonight on offense.
Unless the buyout is small, I just don't see them firing Anderson. They are a notoriously cheap school and I don't see them bucking that trend now.
But you hit on a great point here. Between the Mullin disaster and this disappointment, SJU are getting to be completely apathetic. We expect to lose and we expect the university to make bad decisions. So the reality is if you think ticket sales are down this year, I have to imagine they'll be near non existent if they keep Anderson for another year.

That coach doesn’t design any shots at all. He can’t even conduct a half-court offense. For him to say his players can’t hit a layup to the media, which bar Soriano is true, when he can’t get any of his players an open look on offense is as hypocritical as it gets.

Yeah layups would be a good thing, but half their layups dont even touch the freaking rim, I mean are you kidding me, you have a div 1 college basketball team that is horrible at hitting layups.
Wish I knew their % on layups tonight. 50%?
There is no good Curbelo. Like I have said before. He makes 3 bad plays for every good play.
Only outpaced by our success on fast breaks
Combine that with the shooting of Pinzon and Storr tonight and we were doomed

As bad as Curbelo was and he sucked, Posh also screwed the pooch offensively. They would have been better off with King playing the point for the last 5 minutes.
