Undersized ... Centers …. Player comparisons past and present

Larry - are you competing with Mullins Revenge for "one-trick-pony" status? You're better than that. 🙏
Not going to keep disparaging the kid’s lack of shooting. Richmond can’t shoot either but people don’t keep claiming he can. To me saying he can shoot is as ludicrous as saying he is a good dunker.

But yes I will stop even though the “Brady can shoot he just hasn’t shown it yet” stuff won’t end until he graduates.

Whats your threshold to call someone a "shooter"? __ 3p% / etc

See
There are 2 ways to judge a shooter.
One statistically. Now the problem with this is there are anomaly’s such as the year Justin Simon shot well from three.

The other is the eye test. Say Allan Houston, Ray Alllen , Steve Alford or Steve Novak had a bad percentage, you can see that they could shoot. Eventually the shots would fall.

Larry Wright had a pretty shot, Dunlap does not.

so no matter what % Brady ends up shooting... still not a shooter in your book.

LOL... wait a sec... hold on... Houston/Allen/Novak all shot north of 40% in College... EVERY Season!..... if thats a "bad percentage".... what is "Good" in your realm? lol

I said “say they did” as a hypothetical.
And to answer your other post about Dunlap shooting %, other than maybe an outlier season, he will never shoot at a decent percentage IMO so it is a moot point.

lol... but what IS a "decent" 3pt % in your opinion?

Well they always consider 40% as the elite standard in the Pros. Thus the 50/40/90 club.
Between 35-40 is acceptable to good. Obviously the college line is shorter but would still go by that.

Again tired of doing this but besides his lifetime % of 33, his shot is very flat and despite what some apologists keep saying, he is often wide open.

Again for the last time I don’t hate Dunlap, I just don’t think he is or will ever be a consistently good outside shooter. Also think he is buying into that role which he is not suited for.

Wennington was center in his Jr and Sr seasons and Watne McCoy for his frosh and soph seasons
Please clarify, are you saying McKoy was the starting center Wennington’s freshman and sophomore years at St. John’s? McKoy was gone Wennington’s freshman year and Jeff Allen was here along with Trevor Jackson.
